Open source projects usually have a list of open issues. Navigate to the issues tab to view.

This page is where issues are reported. A developer can go here and start working on the open issues.

Resolve an issue

Once resolve an issue, message the project owners to have the issue resolved. You will likely need to explain how your solution fixes the problem. Solving issues is a great way to contribute to an open source project.
