How to create a SurveyMonkey Survey.

  1. Go to

  2. Create a free SurveyMonkey account.

  3. Log in to your account, and you’ll land in your Workspace.

  4. Click Create Survey in the upper-right corner of your account.

    1. Choose from the options on the left side of the screen (start from scratch, copy paste a survey, etc.)

  5. Name your survey name, select category type for your survey, and choose survey format.

  6. Left sidebar

    1. Add questions and pages

    2. Add custom questions or choose from pre-written questions from the question bank.

    3. Change survey question designs, specific question settings, themes, etc.

  7. Click on page logic with a drop-down of page logic options to change question logic and skips.

  8. Click on the Next button on the top-right screen

    1. To preview and send the survey by creating a collector to get responses.

    2. Select how you want to collect responses, either send surveys your way or target your survey to a specific group of participants.

  9. Next, users can click on options on the progress bar to analyze results or present results.
