Users can find all questions in the create panel where users can select from a drop down menu of all questions types, the design of the overall question layout, and the conditional logic. Users can also use the question setting to set questions as required, the maximum number of characters, add images or videos, and more.

In addition, each question also has a question reference in which allows developers to use Typeform's API.

Interface

Typeform has a user interface where users can sign in to their account and all created surveys or edits are automatically saved in the user's account profile. Typeform allows users to create questions one at a time like a conversation and built-in photo and video libraries allow users to customize their layout and themes to show their branding.

Collaboration

Typeform allows users to collaborate with their teammates with functionalities including adding comments, starting threads, creating tasks, connecting to other apps, annotating pages, and attaching files. All of the above functionalities are only available with a Plus, Business, or Enterprise account.

Analytics

Response Summary

Typeform allows users to view the overall result summary of each question in which what you see depends on the type of the question. For example, multiple-choice questions results are displayed in a horizontal bar graph while results for rating questions are shown in a vertical bar graph. Users are also allowed to export survey results to a spreadsheet in Excel(XLS) or CSV file formats.

Results Insights

Typeform provides an insights section that gives users a big picture overview of their Typeform's performance and question-by-question analysis. Insight functionalities include filters, views, starts, submissions, completion rate, and average time to complete. The Business or Enterprise plan even allows users to see a trend chat of changing metrics over time.

Security/Support

Typeform performs repeated risk assessments at regular intervals and these assessments ensure security measures and controls to reduce the risks to an appropriate level.

Typeform includes frequently asked FAQs and search bar functionalities allowing users to type in their needs.

Summary

1. Go to https://www.typeform.com/

2. Create a free Typeform account.

3. Log in to your account, and you’ll land in your Workspace.

4. Hit the Create typeform button on the top left side of the screen.

   1. Build a Typeform from scratch.

   2. Use a template.

5. Name your typeform and select form type for your typeform.

6. Click the + button to choose your first question. A menu will appear, then choose which question type you need.

7. Edit your questions and your question choices.

8. Refer to the right side of the screen for

   1. Specific question settings of settings, layouts, focal point, brightness, and alt text.

   2. Survey design with themes, galleries, or adding a new theme.

9. Hit Publish on the top-right screen.

10. Now anyone with the URL can now view and answer it. You can also share on Gmail, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
