How to create a SurveyMonkey Survey.
Create a free SurveyMonkey account.
Log in to your account, and you’ll land in your Workspace.
Click Create Survey in the upper-right corner of your account.
Choose from the options on the left side of the screen (start from scratch, copy paste a survey, etc.)
Name your survey name, select category type for your survey, and choose survey format.

Add questions and pages
Add custom questions or choose from pre-written questions from the question bank.
Change survey question designs, specific question settings, themes, etc.
Click on page logic with a drop-down of page logic options to change question logic and skips.
Click on the Next button on the top-right screen
To preview and send the survey by creating a collector to get responses.
Select how you want to collect responses, either send surveys your way or target your survey to a specific group of participants.
Next, users can click on options on the progress bar to analyze results or present results.
